1. It mean you will give us a PSD template file, we wil slice the PSD and make a instalable zip file. you can install the template in your joomla website site via installation manager.

2. We will install joomla in your server. We install a live demo for the template. we will privide you a joomla administrator access.

3. All the content including menu items will be a dummy text. we will not help you to do add content or menu items.

4. while you will develop the website we will not help you for extra codining.

5. we do not use a 3rd perty extension for the development.

6. you do not need to provide any access information for this project.

As a condition of the sale of this services,you, as the buyer, understand and fully acknowledge that this agreement

is final. Remittance of any and all payments constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Further, you understand

that there is no option for a refund under any circumstances, and once payment has been transferred, you take

immediate ownership of said domain name. Failure to abide by the terms of this agreement shall constitute fraud, and

all legal remedies will be used against you.
